Juices

Juices are an exceptional source of nutrients. Whether they are fresh, bottled or packed in boxes, they keep the fruits’ beneficial vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Types of juices:

NFC juices: Premium quality juices extracted from the fruit mainly by squeezing. They are processed without removing the water content. They are the closest match to freshly-squeezed juice, in a more convenient form, retaining most of the vitamins, minerals and flavors.

Concentrated juices: The most common and widely traded form of juices on the market. They are obtained by removing, through evaporation, the water content of the juice, thus offering advantages for storing and preservation. Our concentrated juices are about a 6:1 ratio to normal single strength juice, although smaller concentration factors are available at our concentrated puree products.

Fruit purees: Refers to mashed fruits from which the skin and stone or seed have been removed, retaining their initial taste and mouthfeel. Traditionally popular for baby foods, more recently they have been used for the production of smoothies.

Cloudy juices: They are produced from fruit purees from which a percentage of their solids has been removed. Thus a juice is obtained with a rich texture and a light taste. They are mainly used for the production of juices from fruits when their puree form is not easily drinkable.

Clarified juices: The term refers to clear juices produced by the removal of solid particles, colloid foggy particles and undesirable proteins. The techniques we apply to produce juices retain their taste and color.

Deionized juices : These are sweeteners, colorless, odorless and neutral substances which come from juices, from which all ingredients have been removed except sugar. They have similar composition with the juice of origin without the presence of acids, colourants, metals, etc. They are widely used in food industry as a natural sweetener.

CHB-VITOM offers a wide variety of juices, concentrated or not, as well as organic juices in BiB packaging, Tetra Pak and PET bottles.

Also it can provide concentrated pineapple juice, sour cherry and strawberry purees.

Both factories that CHB-VITOM owns are located at the heart of the fruit-producing areas, thus giving it a significant advantage. The process of harvesting and juicing can be done in a short time, thereby retaining the fresh qualities of the fruits.
