果汁

果汁是重要的营养来源,无论是鲜榨的果汁,还是瓶装的或盒装的果汁,它们都能保存水果中有益的维他命、矿物质和纤维。

果汁种类:

NFC果汁:质量优质,主要通过压榨得来。NFC果汁在加工过程中水分没有被移除,NFC果汁最接近于鲜榨果汁,但比鲜榨果汁更方便,而且保留了大部分的维生素、矿物质和味道。

浓缩果汁:浓缩果汁是市场上最常见的、交易最为广泛的果汁类型。在加工过程中,通过蒸发,果汁中的水分被移除,这样就便于储存和保存。我们的浓缩果汁与普通强度果汁相比是6:1,我们的浓缩果泥的浓缩度更低。

水果果泥:水果果泥指去皮、去核(或种子)后的捣碎而成的果泥,它保留了水果原来的口感和味道。在过去,水果果泥主要用来作婴儿食物,现在已经被用来做奶昔。

混浊型果汁:移除果泥中的一定比例的固体沉淀物后,支撑了混浊型果汁,它质地粘稠,口味淡雅。果泥不便于直接饮用的水果一般被加工成混浊型果汁。

澄清型果汁:澄清型果汁指的是被移除了固体颗粒、胶质颗粒、和不需要的蛋白质。我们的加工工艺能保存水果原有的味道和色泽。

去离子果汁:去除果汁所有的糖分以外的物质,得到的就是去离子果汁,它是一种无色、无嗅甜味剂,是果汁中天然物质。它同原果汁的组成类似,但不含酸、着色剂、金属矿物质等,广泛地作为甜味剂用于食品工业。

CHB-VITOM提供一系列的BiB包装的、利乐包包装的、和PET瓶装的浓缩或非浓缩果汁、有机果汁。

我们还提供浓缩的凤梨果汁、酸樱桃果泥和草莓果泥。

CHB-VITOM的两个工厂都位于水果生产的核心地带,拥有良好的地理优势,水果能被快速地采摘和加工,所以能保留水果的新鲜风味。
